You, me, and therapy!

Therapy with me is about balance. We make space for both your logic and your emotions—your thoughts, your feelings, your past, your present. I bring a mix of compassion and challenge: I’ll hold space for you with care, and I’ll also gently call you out when needed—especially when you’re stuck in old patterns or, let’s be honest, I’ll call out your“bullshift.”

I’m not here to just nod and say “mhmm.” I’ll offer reflections, share insights, and invite you to consider new perspectives—but I’ll also respect your pace and honor the wisdom you already carry. Growth doesn’t come from being pushed too fast or coddled too long. It comes from being met where you are, and supported to stretch just beyond it.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will keep it real, hold you accountable, and walk alongside you as you grow into someone who feels grounded—even when life throws chaos your way—I’m here for that. I believe deeply in the relationship we build together, and I take it seriously. I reflect on our work in my own life, because showing up authentically for you means doing my own work, too.

I’m not a blank slate. I’m human, I’m present, and I’m here to support your growth in the most honest and connected way I can.

Sometimes it’s subtle; other times, it turns our world upside down. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck, or facing parts of yourself you've long avoided, my role is to support you in meeting these shifts with compassion and courage—at your own pace.

In our work together, we’ll create a space of inner safety where you can gently face your fears, insecurities, and emotional wounds—not to “fix” yourself, but to understand and reconnect with the parts of you that have been trying to protect or cope in the best ways they know how.

Through this process, you’ll begin to build deeper self-trust, self-acceptance, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. As we work toward integration and wholeness, you may notice a shift not just in your thoughts or emotions, but in how your body feels—more grounded, connected, and at ease. This is the transformative power of tuning inward: where meaningful, lasting change begins.
